Our Story
Adams Freight & Logistics was built from the driver’s seat — not a boardroom. After seeing shippers struggle to find reliable hotshot capacity and watching drivers burn out under poor communication and unrealistic expectations, AF&L was created to do things differently.
We started with a small group of trucks, focusing on doing the basics extremely well: show up on time, secure the freight properly, communicate clearly, and keep paperwork and compliance tight. From there, we grew one relationship at a time — proving to customers and drivers that hotshot can be both fast and professional.
Today, AF&L continues to operate with that same mindset: lean, responsive, and committed to doing the right thing load after load.
